Playing with Kosh and an unrelated new toy

For a bit now Groblek has been commenting happily about how he likes that time with Kosh is more fun, and less chore.  Possibly because I spend more time with him it took me a little longer to get there, but I've been really enjoying moments lately.

For instance:
On Tuesday our bus in to work/daycare (Kosh is really bringing home the bacon, and I quite like nap time and all the books) was stuck in traffic so that instead of getting into work around 8 I got in around 8:45 so like double our normal ride.  When I was riding on my own, I would have read my book or played on my phone happily enough for a while, but would have been to concerned about time to enjoy it as we got later.  But because I had Kosh along we had a fine old time.

I really enjoy our bus rides, we read and draw and check out the traffic.

I had another example, but I've forgotten.

I have a new toy.

I've wanted a watch for a while, and an add came by about one that monitors my steps, miles, calories, and heart rate.  If it's accurate I'm burning about 3K calories at least on Thursday.

I shall have to record and see's how it goes.
