Lenting on

I've been following the tradition of skipping Sundays for Lent, I don't understand why it's there, but I don't have an objection to it, so I've stuck with it. Besides it makes things easier on me.

So far in life I've been blessed to get to know quite a number of pastors. The one who's currently the pastor at Davis UMC is Kelly Love, and she's really helped me understand things, and examine myself.

She's vibrant and energetic. Her thought process makes sense to me, and she has a really good take on John 3:16.

I especially appreciate that she prods me to be more involved, and makes it more convenient.
